Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable law, including the EU Software Directive (2009/24/EC) and equivalent national legislation.
The user-facing software stack — including Nerve Studio, the Python SDK, and the ROS2 package — is provided free of charge. Where such software is released under an open-source licence, the terms of the applicable open-source licence govern your use of that software. Lodi Robotics will publish the applicable licence terms alongside each software release.
If you provide Lodi Robotics with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Nerve product or Website, you grant Lodi Robotics a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and commercialise that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
